1月15至29日盛大展出
臺大實驗林112年度《鳳麓茶馨茶花展》於112年1月15日至1月29日，假臺大實驗林鳳凰自然教育園區盛大展出！今年除與勞動部勞動力發展署、中華民國茶花學會、新竹縣市茶花園藝研究學會、新竹縣市茶花產銷班及鹿谷鄉在地茶花農等共同合辦茶花展之外，展場上將展出國內外各種珍稀茶花品種，以及百餘盆等高貴典雅的茶花盆景。
鳳凰自然教育園區緊鄰鳳凰山脈，佈展者勞動部勞動力發展署國際技能競賽花藝設計國手團隊隊長古文旻老師及姚哲輝培訓老師利用枯山水的侘寂意境，以鳳凰作為此次茶花展裝置藝術設計之題材，選取乾燥花材及老化茶樹樹頭等作為為主創作素材，老化枯茶樹頭本為廢棄物，古老師以其為鳳凰骨幹，賦予其新生命，有如鳳凰涅槃生生不息，不斷蛻變不斷成長，如同我們對鹿谷茶產業的期許；從清領早期赫赫有名的水沙連茶，到林鳳池舉人引種武夷山烏龍茶，創造了凍頂烏龍茶輝煌的歷史，更有代表臺灣茶之頂峰”北包種南凍頂”之稱，惟隨茶樹老化、地力退化及消費習慣改變，凍頂烏龍茶漸式微；臺大實驗林身為過往在地茶產業之重要推手，為善盡本校大學社會責任及實踐聯合國永續發展目標SDGs，故著手進行茶花產業推動、有機茶推廣示範區、臺灣山茶復育推廣利用等茶產業轉型輔導策略，期將鹿谷茶相關產業推向另一高峰。誠如”浴火鳳凰”以興衰不屈不撓的精神和堅定的信念，攜手地方共創繁榮!
此次臺大實驗林112年度《鳳麓茶馨茶花展》1月15日開幕式活動中，為讓民眾認識在地產業文化，除邀請在地青農進行茶相關產品展售外，特邀請著名國樂演奏家許揚寧及孫迎楓蒞臨演出，並有內湖國小南管及鳳凰國小結合大提琴演奏的茶藝表演，景觀迴廊安排由行願師父所排設的禪茶，為開幕儀式增添聽覺及味覺的饗宴。另為鼓勵民眾栽植山茶花，1月15日開幕式當天現場打卡可兌換山茶花苗，一年一次大放送且數量有限，敬請民眾積極把握。

2023 Fenglu Tea Fragrant Camellia Exhibition
Grand Exhibition from January 15th to 29th
The 112th annual Camellia Exhibition will be held from January 15 to January 29 at the Phoenix Nature Education Park of the National Taiwan University Experimental Forest Phoenix Natural Recreational Park Ntu Tea Garden. This year, the exhibition will be held in cooperation with the Workforce Development Agency, the Camellia Society of the Republic of China, the Camellia Gardening Research Society of Hsinchu County, the Camellia Production and Marketing Class of Hsinchu County, and the local camellia farmers in Lugu Township.
The exhibitors, Mr Ku Wen-Min, the team leader of the International Skills Competition Floral Design National Team of the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development, and Mr Yao Chieh-Hui, the trainer of the exhibition, used the wabi-sabi scenery of the dead landscape to design the installation of the tea plant. From the famous Shui Sha Lien tea in the early Qing Dynasty to the introduction of Wuyi Mountain Oolong tea by Mr Lin Feng Chi, which created a glorious history of Frozen Top Oolong tea, and even represented the pinnacle of Taiwan's tea industry. "However, with the ageing of tea trees, the degradation of the land and the change of consumption habits, freeze-dried oolong tea is gradually declining. We are committed to promoting the tea industry, organic tea as a demonstration area, and the rehabilitation and utilisation of Taiwan Camellia sinensis to take the tea industry to another peak. Like the "Phoenix of Fire", we will join hands with the local community to create prosperity with our unyielding spirit and firm belief in prosperity!
The opening ceremony of the 112th annual "Fenglu Chaxin Camellia Exhibition" at the Experimental Forest of National Taiwan University was held on January 15. In addition to inviting local youth farmers to exhibit and sell tea-related products, famous Chinese musicians Yang-Ning Hsu and Ying-Feng Sun were invited to perform at the opening ceremony, and the Neihu Elementary School and Phoenix Elementary School combined with a cello performance of tea art. The opening ceremony will be a feast for the ears and the palate. In order to encourage people to plant camellia flowers, on the opening day of January 15, people can redeem camellia seedlings by punching a card on site.
