According to the Department of Agricultural Chemistry, the rebuilt Soil Museum exhibits soil profile specimens as well as systematic rock and mineral specimens, showing the relationship between soils and soil parent material. These specimens and various displays on soil structures and morphological characteristics, photos, digital soil information, and historical cultural relics, all vividly showcase the field of soil science, and specifically express the importance of soil investigation in agricultural production, land planning, and ecological conservation.
